What does bliss mean? What are the means to finding your very own bliss? The dictionary defines bliss as perfect happiness or great joy. So many things in life happen and seek to rid us of our true bliss. In class i learnt about Joseph Campbell and his beliefs pertaining to finding your bliss. He expanded on what to do in order to find true happiness and I must say, I agree with him. Joseph Campbell was one of the pioneers in the concept of bliss. finding an individuals ecstasy was a goal to be achieved. In this, figuring out what makes you happy and centering around it or focusing on it for a few minutes can leave one profoundly happy and cheerful. This means one should fundamentally focus on self whilst being aware of the sensations in your body and the thoughts going through your brain at the same time.
Bliss is often characterized as a state of being where you can take as an approach to augment your feeling of delight, satisfaction, and reason. Once in a while people compare delight with being in a condition of happiness, yet as a general rule, being happy is the state you're in when you're doing what presents to you a profound feeling of satisfaction.
